Eagle Harbor AI is a husband-and-wife team. One of us built AI at the highest level. The other built and sold a business, and coaches people for a living. We started this because small-business owners deserve a steady, human guide as the tools keep changing, and you can start wherever you are.
Different backgrounds, on purpose, and both of us in the room at every session. Eric leads the teaching, the engineer who has shipped AI at scale. Ashley hosts, the founder who knows firsthand what it's like to run a small business, and how to meet anyone exactly where they are.
A small-business founder and a patient, practical coach. Ashley built The Relish, a sports-media company for women who love sports, and sold it to Rebel Girls. She's a 500 Global mentor, and earlier in her career she was at Pandora. She's genuinely AI-knowledgeable, but what she does best is meet people exactly where they are and help them take the first real step, with no jargon and no pressure.
The engineer who has built AI at the highest level. Eric was Pandora's second employee and spent 16 years there as Chief Scientist & VP of Playlists, through the company's IPO. He built the Music Genome Project, the recommendation AI behind personalized radio for hundreds of millions of listeners, and studied at UC Berkeley. Today he's also building Artemis. He makes AI genuinely work for a real business: practical, not theoretical.
We met at Pandora, on the company volleyball team.
Years later, we're building this together: the technologist and the coach, pointed at the same thing: helping small-business owners and everyday people feel at ease with AI.

We don't replace your tools, and we're not selling one. We teach on Claude, because right now, for a business owner who wants reliability and the best results, we think it is the best tool available. When that stops being true, we will change what we teach.
Using AI safely is a skill, and it's one we're glad to teach: what's worth connecting, what to leave alone, and how to keep control of your own data. No one can promise perfect safety, but you'll always know how to make the call yourself.
